Translating features and capabilities into meaningful value propositions, messaging architecture, positioning, content and assets focusing on outcomes helping our customer to growth their top line, managing operational efficiency and providing an unparalleled consumer experience. Requires understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Design key external product and feature messaging and positioning based on audiences, influencers, and decision makers. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. Working closely with events, digital, brand and content teams to support activation activities.**Key Responsibilities:*** Product Positioning: **Develop clear and compelling product positioning** and **messaging** that differentiates our products in the market. Ability to translate complex product features into value propositions highlighting customer benefits and outcomes.* Market Research: Help drive **market research** to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.* Marketing Strategy: Create and implement **comprehensive product launch and sales enablement programs*** Sales Support: Provide the sales team with the **necessary tools and training** to effectively sell our products, including **sales presentations, product demos**, and competitive analysis.* Performance Metrics: **Track and analyze key performance** indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of solution marketing initiatives.* Customer Engagement: Engage with **customers to gather feedback**, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development and marketing strategies.* Collaboration: Work **closely with product management**, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the retail sector.* Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job**EEO Statement**Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
