BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time Location: Richmond, TX / Rosenberg, TX Facility Setting: Outpatient ABA Clinic or Residential Behavioral Treatment Program Salary: Based on experience + Quarterly Performance Bonuses Responsibilities Oversee and supervise ABA treatment programs Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Analyst Interns Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses Develop and modify individualized ABA treatment plans Monitor treatment progress and analyze behavioral data Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and treatment standards Provide direct ABA services as needed Train staff and support ongoing clinical development Qualifications BCBA Certification required Texas Licensure (or eligibility/apply upon hire) Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field with ABA coursework Strong communication and leadership skills Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) preferred Experience managing challenging behaviors preferred Experience New graduates are welcome to apply Previous experience with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred Benefits $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Quarterly Performance Bonuses (up to $6,400 annually) Paid Time Off (21 days in first year) Paid Holidays Self-Care Days CEU Opportunities Conference & Travel Allowance Medical, Dental & Prescription Insurance Employer Retirement Contributions Licensure & BACB Recertification Fees Covered Employee Assistance Program Annual Longevity Bonus Referral Bonus Opportunities Work-from-Home Opportunities (where applicable) Schedule Monday-Friday
