Key Responsibilities
• Advise developers, investors, property owners, and businesses on land use and zoning matters.
• Guide clients through local and state governmental approval processes.
• Assist with zoning applications, comprehensive plan amendments, variances, special exceptions, and related entitlements.
• Provide strategic advice regarding development risk, regulatory compliance, and project positioning.
• Support clients with permitting, site plan approvals, and development-related regulatory requirements.
• Analyze municipal, county, regional, and state land use regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, planners, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare legal memoranda, zoning analyses, applications, and regulatory submissions.
• Represent client interests before governmental agencies, boards, commissions, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist with environmental compliance and development-related due diligence matters.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting land use, zoning, and development projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing practical business-focused legal advice.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of land use and zoning law experience.
• Experience advising developers, investors, property owners, or commercial clients on development matters.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and good standing required.
