Locations Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County(HR) (On-site) Job Schedule Full time Job Shift Day FTE 1 Minimum Salary 47.05 Maximum Salary 73.04 Job Description The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for managing a balanced portfolio of donors to solicit major and annual gifts, collaborating with ministry staff, board volunteers, and the Executive Director Foundation/Ministry CPO. This role involves nurturing mid-range donor relationships through personal interactions and written correspondence, contributing to the fund development process. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience 5 years of development experience with successful results soliciting individual major gifts, preferably for a not-for-profit organization. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
