What You'll Do:

• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process in the OR setting
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, sterile procedures, and OR standards
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-operative care
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond effectively to emergent situations

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana (LA)
• Minimum 2 years circulating experience in the OR
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong organizational, communication, and delegation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of OR protocols, infection control, and patient safety practices
