Facility Maintenance ManagerReports To: Director of Human Resources Company: Pan Glo Corp. Location: Urbana, Ohio Job Type: Full-TimePrimary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Organize and maintain OEM equipment manual libraryPerform routine preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facilitySupport telephone, surveillance and alarm systemsContracts, waste removalEPA bulbs, LED and Neon light repairsMaintenance BudgetingResponsible and accountable for facility maintenance at Urbana buildings and other company facilities as needed.Direct the work of the facilities maintenance technician and facilities janitor.SafetyPerform Monthly and Annual safety checks- emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, door batteries, sprinkler systems, etc.Parts ProcurementPurchase tools, building materials, cleaning supplies as neededKeep kitchen and showroom supplies stocked as neededBuilding MaintenanceSchedule MaintenancePerform preventative maintenance at Water St.Replace and repair lights at Water St.Check and record; fire extinguishers and egress lights at Water St, repair and replace as neededService museum animatronics and vending machinesAll outside building maintenanceWinterization of all systemsEquipment MaintenanceSchedule maintenancePerform maintenance at Water St.Make sure all SDS books in facilities areas are current and updated.Surveillance, Security, Alarm SystemsIssue Keys and alarm codes to authorized personnel at Water St., Synova, Mansfield, and PG New EnglandTroubleshoot and repair, or schedule work on alarm systemsSystem trainingLook up users' and camera history to help determine source of problems when they arisePhone and Data CommunicationsMaintain all contractors, vendors, and clients for scheduled serviceRun phone and data lines for new offices and changes at Water St.RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentMust have computer skillsQualify for forklift operationAble to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basisAble to climb and work at various heights
