Powell Supportive Services, Inc. is a licensed private home care agency licensed by the State of Florida. We service the DD Waiver, ADA Waiver, Cystic Fibrosis Waiver, TBI Waiver and PAC Waiver. The office is open five days a week and we provide on call service 24/7. Our staff includes experienced Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, Massage Therapists, Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. We assist the elderly and adults with various disabilities to remain in their homes and Assisted Living Facilities. We have immediate openings for Certified Nursing Assistant’s and Home Health Aide’s, day/night shifts and weekends. MALE and FEMALE caregivers are needed for immediate placement. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aide certification valid in the state of Florida Level II Background screening Current CPR and 1st AID certification Caring companionship & conversation Transportation (personal errands, medical appointments, etc.) General assistance and/or monitoring with walking, dressing, bathing, etc. Additional Information Sympathetic attitude toward care of disabled or sick Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands Good verbal and written communications skills Shall have a criminal history check conducted prior to being offered any position within this agency. #J-18808-Ljbffr Powell Supportive Services
