Summary Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional in-store lifestyle experiences by building lasting client relationships and delivering personalized styling and product recommendations. They leverage product knowledge and clienteling tools to drive sales, support team goals, and develop as future store leaders. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling, product knowledge, and attentive interactions. Strategize personal business growth by prospecting, outreach, and leveraging digital clienteling tools. Drive sales performance and meet individual KPIs while supporting team sales plans. Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building. Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and hiring efforts. Requirements Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships. Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing when required.
