Job Overview We are seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Greenwood, Indiana. The position starts July 27, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on 8‑hour weekday shifts. Position Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week Shift: 8‑hour days, weekdays Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, provide direct patient care, and develop individual treatment plans with specific goals. Responsibilities include: Assessing patient needs, evaluating progress, and modifying care to meet therapy goals. Providing skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders. Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals. Documenting and recording patient condition, and educating patients and families. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE passing score. Graduate of an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Valid state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in‑process of licensure. Current CPR certification. Other client facility requirements as applicable.
