This role will lead cross-functional initiatives that support strategic sales programs, drive operational efficiency, and enable revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, understands enterprise sales processes, and can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional (sometimes including external) project team meetings, documenting open items/status/action items/owners/due dates/etc.Drive cross-functional team members to complete their action items on (or before) schedule due dates.Assist sales team members with export controls, compliance and logistics (ie: air, ground and sea shipments, warehouse status, etc)Make recommendations based upon data – data driven solutions for given situations and scenariosWhen needed, establish and lead working groups and/or SWAT teams to quickly resolve customer-related issuesDevelop project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and ensure on-time deliveryMonitor and report program performance, identifying risks and proactively managing issuesDrive process improvements to enhance sales operations and customer engagementAct as a liaison between technical, non-technical and compliance teams, ensuring clear communication and alignmentSupport sales enablement by creating documentation, training materials, and tools related to programsAssist in managing strategic customer engagements and large-scale account initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field8+ of project management experience, ideally within a sales, technology, or compliance environmentProven track record managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth organizationDemonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.Understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsPMP certification or equivalent program management training is a plusSalary Range $163,000 - $186,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
