Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Littleton, MA Pay: $32.00 - $36.00/hour + Shift Differential + Overtime Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This skilled maintenance role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and production efficiency. Job Duties Respond to equipment and production line service calls to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions. Support the installation, setup, and testing of new manufacturing equipment. Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards. Work independently to prioritize repairs and support production goals. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience maintaining high-speed automated production equipment. Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform effective repairs. Experience installing, modifying, and maintaining manufacturing machinery. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production setting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays based on business needs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform maintenance tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment, tools, and parts as required. Comfortable working around industrial machinery and production equipment.
