Associate Director, Manufacturing & Lean Operations

Home Market Foods, Inc. is looking for an Associate Director, Manufacturing, to oversee all production operations in Norwood, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will manage a team of over 300 staff and will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the plant. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in meat processing, and a solid understanding of safety regulations.
