We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, delivering exceptional service to clients, and growing our business. Commercial Painting Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers
- Seek new business through cold calling and networking
- Maintain existing accounts and relationships
- Participate in industry events and trade shows
- Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are met
- Meet with customers and perform estimates with the Commercial Estimator
- Win sales commitments in a competitive market
- Prepare weekly analysis of results
- B2B commercial sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record as a top performer preferred
- Working knowledge of paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and construction preferred
- Competitive base salary, commissions, and bonuses
