You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that customers have a pleasant experience. Your ability to work efficiently, maintain a positive attitude, and collaborate with team members is key to ensuring satisfaction. Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in this role. The position is part-time, with an hourly rate between $10.00 - $14.00 (plus gratuities) depending on experience.**Benefits:** We offer an excellent benefits package which includes: periodic overtime, paid time off, holiday pay, employer provided meal, referral bonus, and 401k with employer match after eligibility. **Standard Requirements**1. Adheres to Club policy and procedures2. Acts as a role model within and outside the Club3. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude4. Communicates regularly with supervisor about department issues5. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload6. Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position7. Maintains confidentiality of all data8. Meets department productivity standards**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**1. Welcomes members and guests upon being seated2. Distributes menus3. Ensures that all tables are set correctly in compliance with the station sheet4. Responsible for the service of all members and guests in his/her station specifically, but may be asked to assist those in other stations, as needed. Service and quality must be within the specifications stated in the server-training manual5. Takes food and beverage order from members and guests6. Records order properly and places food order correctly into the Point of Sale system, using all modifiers7. Assembles food on tray with appropriate condiments and side dishes8. Serves meal following dining Room Standards9. Checks back to ensure member/guest satisfaction10. Maintains table cleanliness throughout the member’s meal11. Removes soiled dishes12. Responsible for obtaining the members’ signature on the check, ensuring all checks are correct, and closing out through the computer13. Advises supervisor of any issues/concerns in a timely manner14. Responsible for all assigned side work before, during and at the end the end of the shift15. Maintains complete knowledge of the food and beverage products and stays up to date with any changes therein16. Tastes and memorizes special menu items and descriptions for each meal period.17. Responsible for performing the proper procedure for wine service18. Attends all pre-shift meetings19.
