• Pay-per-visit model:$45–$50 per visit+ Medicare differential pay
• Average full-time earnings:$85K+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans 

• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education 
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams 
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Home health experience preferred, but not required
