Stand for the full shift in most departments while maintaining productivity and focus.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Participate in cross-training between Thru Hole Assembly and Final Assembly and support other departments as production needs change.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues, quality concerns, or equipment needs.
