La versión de esta posición está disponible en Español si es requerida.Join Our Mission – Be a Vital Part of Something Bigger BHSN, one of the fastest-growing organizations providing whole-person care in the region, is in search of passionate individuals to join our rapidly expanding team!Your Role at BHSN: As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the frontline of technology support across our organization—providing Tier 1 support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations of our PCs, VOIP systems, mobile/desktop apps, printers, and more. You'll support both business and clinical applications, offer user training, and help drive IT efficiency through innovation and responsive service.Work Schedule & Location:Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PMOccasional after-hours/on-call support rotationWhat You'll Do:Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support via phone, email, and ticketing systemSupport PC setups, printer troubleshooting, and VOIP telecommunication systemsRespond to user inquiries and resolve hardware/software issuesTrain end-users individually or in groups on software and hardware useMaintain and update software systems, databases, and reportsMonitor system performance and complete routine maintenance tasksSupport remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issuesAssist in IT asset inventory and managementCreate and manage accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365Develop and maintain documentation and training materialsContribute to enterprise-wide projects and quality improvement effortsCreate reports using Crystal Reports as neededParticipate in on-call rotation and occasional off-hours work for system maintenanceOther duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED requiredTechnical/vocational training in Information Technology or related field requiredAssociate's degree or higher in IT/Computer Science preferredCertifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) or equivalent experience preferred1-2 years of client-facing help desk/IT support experienceExperience with Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and RMM tools a plusStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain tech solutions clearly to end usersExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsProblem-solving mindset with a passion for lifelong learningValid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWhy BHSN?
