Hiring a .NET Developer in Tampa, FL Location: Downtown Tampa Industry: Transportation/Logistics Compensation: $105,000-115,000 DOE company benefit, pto, 401k match Team Size: 4 other software developers In-Office Schedule: first 60 days onsite M-F and then it transitions to hybrid 3X/week onsite. Job Summary: We’re hiring Software Developer to join an experienced team building logistics & transportations industry applications that support operations across the US. This hands-on role focuses on developing and supporting .NET and SQL Server systems, solving complex production issues, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take ownership of key features and systems, contribute to sprint planning, and help drive projects forward. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom .NET, C# and SQL Server applications Support backend systems and contribute to front-end development as needed Maintain business-critical integrations and internal platforms Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools Collaborate with analysts and business users to refine requirements and improve User Experience.
