Hiring a .NET Developer in Tampa, FL Location: Downtown Tampa Industry: Transportation/Logistics Compensation: $105,000-115,000 DOE + company benefit, PTO, 401k match Team Size: 4 other software developers In-Office Schedule: first 60 days onsite M-F and then it transitions to hybrid 3X/week onsite. Job Summary We’re hiring Software Developer to join an experienced team building logistics & transportation industry applications that support operations across the US. This hands‑on role focuses on developing and supporting .NET and SQL Server systems, solving complex production issues, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll take ownership of key features and systems, contribute to sprint planning, and help drive projects forward. Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom .NET, C# and SQL Server applications Support backend systems and contribute to front‑end development as needed Maintain business‑critical integrations and internal platforms Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and code reviews Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools Collaborate with analysts and business users to refine requirements and improve user experience Communicate technical solutions clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders Use AI‑assisted development tools Benefits Medical, Dental/Vision, 401(k) with match, Employee Stock Purchase Program, HSA/FSA, Disability Coverage, EAP, and additional voluntary benefits.
