The posted compensation range of $54.15 - $80.81 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our RNFA, you will champion excellence across multiple ORs and PACU bays, bridging frontline care with strategic leadership to redefine surgical outcomes. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation of surgical patients.

Overall responsibility is for the nursing care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including supervision of OR Technicians.

Directly assists surgeon intraoperatively, assists with patient positioning and directing other surgical team members while practicing perioperative nursing.

Job Requirements

Required

• Three (3) years Perioperative Practice experience
• Experience in both scrub and circulating RN roles
• Registered Nurse: CA RN License
• Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS
• Certified Nurse Operating Room - CNOR
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS within 6 - months

Preferred

• Previous first assist experience
• Experience as RN and First Assist in CVOR, Ortho, Neuro, General, Robotics, GYN, Advanced Endoscopy, Hybrid procedures and urology highly preferred
