Location: Pennington, NJ Pay Rate: $24.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite per week) Assignment Length: 12 Months with potential for contract-to-hire

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst for a global financial services organization in Pennington, NJ. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working with financial records, reporting, or operational support functions. The selected candidate will join a team responsible for analyzing, researching, and maintaining critical financial data while ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and research financial transactions and account-related requests.
• Analyze financial records and supporting documentation to ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies impacting financial reporting and recordkeeping.
• Update and maintain financial data within internal systems.
• Generate reports and support operational and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to internal business partner inquiries and provide operational support.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Support team objectives during peak business periods, including tax season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with financial statements, financial records, or transaction processing.
• Customer service or client support experience.
• Understanding of tax reporting, financial operations, or regulatory environments.
• Experience researching and resolving data or transactional discrepancies.

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite each week.
• Full-time hours.
• Opportunities for overtime may be available based on business needs.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
