Key responsibilities include proactively generating and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound communication, presenting and explaining insurance products and policy options to prospective and existing clients, assisting clients in selecting and purchasing insurance coverage tailored to their needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster retention and referrals, collaborating with team members to meet and exceed individual and agency sales targets, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications include being bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach, being detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts, previous sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in insurance or financial services, and being self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for helping clients.
