Mortgage Production Manager

Managing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Mortgage Production Manager will serve as a liaison between internal and external clients, ensuring borrowers understand loan programs and assisting with documentation and approvals. Key responsibilities Provide superior customer service by assisting borrowers with understanding loan programs, costs, and documentation Review and audit mortgage files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete for loan stability Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best financial program is structured for each borrower Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Familiarity with Encompass LOS preferred Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations Excellent math and analytical skills
