Associate (Corporate - Philadelphia or Wilmington) Location: Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE Experience: 3-5 Years PQE | Corporate & M&A Focus A leading corporate team is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (3-5 years PQE) to join its transactional practice. This role offers hands‑on exposure to complex mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic business transactions, with opportunities to work directly with clients and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Execute sophisticated corporate transactions, including M&A and financings Draft and negotiate agreements and transaction documents Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and advisors Provide strategic guidance on corporate governance matters Who You Are 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex corporate agreements Strong research, analytical, and communication skills Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing (PA or DE required) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $205,000-$225,000 (DOE) Discretionary merit bonuses Comprehensive benefits including wellness, family-building, parental leave, 401(k), health coverage, and professional development
