Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Associate

Overview The role involves representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in commercial loan restructuring and insolvency matters, including default resolutions, collections, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related matters in federal and state court. Experience or knowledge of CMBS (including special servicing), commercial lending, real estate, maritime, and/or energy law is a plus. The position offers significant client contact within a multi-office Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group. The position involves representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in a variety of commercial loan restructuring and insolvency matters with default resolutions, collections, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related matters in federal and state court. Knowledge of CMBS (including special servicing), commercial lending, real estate, maritime, and/or energy law are a plus.
