What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room during night shifts
• Assist in surgical procedures related to neurosurgery, spine, ortho/spine, and complex general surgery, including bariatrics
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Prepare ORs and equipment for various surgical procedures
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgeries
• Maintain documentation and adhere to all policies and procedures
• Call and weekend shift requirements included

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 3 years OR nursing experience, with neuro, trauma, or complex surgery experience preferred
• BCLS certification required, EPIC experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills
• Prior travel nursing experience considered a plus
