Growth Marketing Strategist

Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Strategist will manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and ensure campaign performance while building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, and next steps while preparing performance reports Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events while resolving technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems Required qualifications 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly with Meta advertising Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple accounts efficiently Virtual Vocations Inc
