For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.Responsibilities:Develops and maintains successful relationships with business referral sources, including existing and prospective leads to achieve production/sales goals as established by direct manager and the companyGrows the branch through development of marketing initiatives for all loan officers and retains and expands the company's base of customersDevelops loan officers through training in selling techniques, marketing ideas, lead generation, and closing mortgagesMeets with borrowers to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the processAnalyzes borrowers' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loansMaintains current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including company training, continuing education requirements, and federal and state regulationsQualifications:3+ years of Loan Officer experienceMLO License requiredExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and company-specific softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's Degree in related field1+ years of experience managing a teamThe expected salary range for this position is between:$0.00 - $0.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
