About the Role:

As our Service Advisor, you'll help guide customers through every step of the repair process, from the first phone call to the day they pick up their vehicle. You'll communicate with customers, coordinate with technicians, manage repair orders, and help keep the shop running smoothly. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and ways to make a positive impact.

• Have customer service or Service Advisor experience.
• Have worked in the automotive or diesel industry.
• Have experience using shop management software.
• Speak both English and Spanish.

Compensation:

• Starting at $20–$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• As the company grows, there will be opportunities for increased compensation, added responsibility, and performance-based incentives based on GP$.
