Job Overview Topgolf is seeking dedicated and caring individuals for a variety of hourly positions. We are looking for fun-loving team players who are excited about creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need and keeping the energy high. Maintain the bar area by stocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice while keeping it clean and organized. Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils and collect empty glasses and bottles to keep service running smoothly. Work closely with bartenders and other playmakers to deliver an outstanding player experience. Follow safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar area safe and compliant. Team mentality; effective collaboration with coworkers. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus. Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move items up to 50lb. Will be on feet for most of the shift and walking frequently. Requires endurance for long or demanding shifts.
