Call Center Representative Location: Shelton, CT (Pediatric office) 
Schedule:  Full-time, 30+ hrs/week; schedule varies.
Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM–8 PM | Sat: 9 AM–3:30 PM | Sun: 9 AM–12:30 PM.
Weekday/weekend flexibility required. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients, parents, and guardians in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Respond to questions and provide accurate information while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Listen carefully to callers and determine the appropriate next steps or resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and office staff.
• Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and compassionate attitude.
• Document calls and patient information accurately within the computer system.
• Follow established office procedures and healthcare protocols.
• Escalate questions or concerns to the appropriate department or healthcare professional when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive experience for pediatric patients and their families.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required , preferably in a call center or phone-based environment.
• At least 1 year of computer experience required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred/required based on client needs.
• At least 1 year of phone center/call center experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
