About the Role

Studio41 is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the window, building materials, home improvement, construction, or skilled-trades industry. We are especially interested in someone who understands windows, doors, installation and knows how to effectively market homeowners, contractors, builders, remodelers, and other trade professionals. This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop marketing strategies and campaigns while also managing their execution and measuring results.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and qualified sales leads.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, paid search, social media, email marketing, direct mail, and local advertising.
• Develop campaigns targeting both homeowners and trade professionals, including contractors, builders, remodelers, installers, and other industry partners.
• Manage Climate Guard's social media presence and develop engaging content highlighting products, installations, promotions, projects, and customer success stories.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials including brochures, direct-mail pieces, digital advertising, sales collateral, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit marketing and advertising materials.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns, including campaign performance, keywords, budgets, conversions, and lead generation.
• Assist with SEO, website content, landing pages, and other digital initiatives designed to improve online visibility and lead conversion.
• Track marketing leads from source through conversion and evaluates the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics, CRM reporting, and other marketing platforms.
• Partner closely with sales and leadership to develop promotions, campaigns, and programs that support revenue goals.
• Coordinate photography and video of completed window projects, installations, before-and-after transformations, and customer testimonials.
• Develop relationships and marketing opportunities within the local contractor, builder, remodeling, and home-improvement communities.
• Assist with trade shows, home shows, customer events, contractor events, and other local marketing opportunities.
• Manage relationships with outside marketing agencies, printers, media partners, photographers, and other vendors as needed.
• Maintain consistent Climate Guard branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within windows, building materials, home improvement, construction, remodeling, or a related trade industry.
• Experience with windows and/or window installation is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the contractor, builder, remodeler, installer, or skilled-trade market.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Demonstrated experience with Google Ads/PPC campaigns and lead-generation marketing.
• Strong social media marketing and content-development experience.
• Experience in creating and managing direct-mail campaigns.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM systems, and campaign reporting preferred.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and make recommendations based on performance and ROI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with sales, operations, and leadership.
• Photography, video, or short-form video/reel creation experience is a plus.
