Are quick study with the ability to apply what you have learned during online and hands‑on training. Responsibilities Full time: 40 hours per week. Must be able to work a full‑time schedule that may exceed 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week, including but not limited to potential travel, nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. Daily responsibilities include achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, contributing to club monthly and yearly goals. Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high‑performing staff consisting of Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians. Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensuring staff follows superior customer service guidelines. Assist in staff management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed. Assist in scheduling and supervising staff. Member service oversight – ensuring staff is providing a superior customer experience at all times. Assist in resolving or escalating employee issues or concerns. Involved in all front desk related activities including answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. Check members into the system, new member sign‑up, take prospective members on tours. Facilitate all member requests, issues and questions. Assist in overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of facility. Assist in ordering supplies using a specific budget based on club requirements. Assist in tracking statistics and reports (weekly, monthly, and annually). Backup support for any employee who is absent. Competencies Communicates openly and effectively. Commitment to excellent service. Previous management experience is preferred. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite). Current CPR Certification preferred. High school diploma/GED equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Confident problem‑solver. Physical Demands Continual standing and moving throughout the club to accomplish tasks during shift. Continual communicating in person or on the phone to exchange information during shift. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift. Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
