Pediatrician Opportunity in Thief River Falls, MNSanford Health is currently seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatrician to join the region's largest team of board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists at its Thief River Falls, Minnesota clinic. This full time clinic practice involves seeing 16-20 patients a day, hospital call, rounding and newborn nursery. The medical center is a spacious, modern 65,000 square foot facility offering over 30 specialty services. The brand new, $60 million, critical care access hospital has more than 600 Sanford Health employees and 36 physicians working within the community. Thief River Falls serves as a regional health center to a mostly rural population of 75,000.Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $237,634 - $307,527 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
