Psychiatrist PositionSanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join its multi-specialty group practice in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. This outpatient practice includes call and potential for inpatient in the future. You will become part of an established mental health program of 100 diverse and talented team members. The practice includes an in-patient unit, a residential treatment facility for mentally ill adults, and mental health treatment for children. It also has a four-county outreach program for adults and an adult work therapy program and community-based services for children and families. The facility has a new 16 bed state of the art inpatient psychiatric unit opened in 2015. Thief River Falls qualifies as a HPSA.Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $287,249 - $371,734 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
