Designer - Revit/AutoCAD

As the Designer - Revit/AutoCAD, you will handle projects from conceptual development and liase with client groups to manage and execute the design.Responsibilities:Utilize AutoCAD to draw various electrical prewired assemblies including creating and editing layouts, details, sections, and other detailed drawings.Support/lead development of standards, templates, libraries, optimizations, and processes.Export drawings to PDF and other formats. Interface with internal team members including Production, Sales, Project Managers and other technical liaisons.Qualifications: High School Degree, or in school for related degree/certificate requiredAssociates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) preferred1-2 years related experience in AutoCAD or similar productAbility to organize, schedule, prioritize, and multi-task in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work cross-functionally to understand requirements, present alternatives, and make recommendationsExcellent attention to detail and high sense of urgencyExperience with electrical drawings a plusFamiliarity with the National Electric Code a plusFamiliarity with GIS and coordinate systems a plusAbility to travel up to 25%#LI-JT1This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
