Job Details:

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Location: Fort Myers, FL Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1645.92 - 1728.22 Schedule: 09:00 - 21:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: 2 years of PACU experience required; PACU (ICU/ER) experience required; BLS & ACLS required; Degree accreditation verification required or must have 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients in a 24-bed PACU unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes as needed.
• Document patient progress and surgical details accurately in EPIC EMR.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient transitions.
• Float throughout the unit as needed and maintain flexibility to meet patient care demands.
