We have expanded nationally, enabling us to provide a full range of services throughout the U.S. with over 15 practice areas. We are a client-focused law firm that meets the diverse needs of the insurance industry and has decades of experience.

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote. We have offices in:
- New York City
- Uniondale / Garden City
- Westchester County
- Hackensack / Florham Park (NJ)
The Attorney will report to clients and carriers, appear in Court for conferences and motions, comply with discovery, take and defend depositions, coordinate medical examinations and prepare and file motions.
Required:
- Recent experience with NY Labor Law
- NY bar
You should know some of the following:

· NY Labor Law (240, 241)
· Premises, General Liability
· Negligence cases
