Overview CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises, or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing the Electrolit brand in the United States. The primary objective of the Company is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States. Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to oversee the development and execution of brand strategies for Electrolit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. Region Houston, TX – onsite (hybrid) Principal Duties Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape. Manage the brand’s product portfolio, including new product development, packaging, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure brand consistency. Stay informed of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to ensure the brand remains competitive and compliant. Monitor brand performance through sales data, market analysis, and consumer feedback. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Develop and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across marketing initiatives. Ensure all brand communications align with the brand’s identity and values. Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of brand management principles and strategies within the beverage industry. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights. Effective communication, planning, and project management skills. Strong project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and executing marketing initiatives. Excellent interpersonal skills. Highly collaborative personality, always in search of the best solutions to create win-win situations. Self-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team player. Ability to adapt quickly to industry trends and changes, ensuring the brand remains competitive. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 5 proven years of experience as a Brand Manager in the beverage industry or a related field. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand management. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Other Requirements Able and willing to travel (Travel up to 45%). Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
