Product Implementation Specialist
Location: Cleveland, OH Rate: DOE $/Yr. Position Type: Full Time Interview Process: Phone Followed by F2F
US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD
Job Description:
- Strong implementation experience of vertafore insurance products such as AMS360, WorkSmart or BenefitPoint systems.
- Strong understanding of Insurance Agent Management Systems, Content Management and Workflow.
- Administrative experience to manage vertafore products.
- Experience in building custom solution that integrates with vertafore products.
- Co-ordinate with Vertafone Support specilists on a need basis.
- Work to define technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Participate in the design, development, testing and debugging of an application.
- Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolutions of any project issues.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Prepare design documentation and support materials.
- Train the Business Users on the products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
