Computed Tomography TechnologistThe Computed Tomography (CT scan) Technologist, under the direction of the Medical Director and/or Section Head, the Clinical Specialist, the Manager, and the Radiologist, performs technical procedures and assists in the clinical evaluation and care of patients in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center. This role involves creating diagnostic images and ensuring a safe and positive experience for patients. Technologists support teaching and continue learning as technology evolves. Responsibilities include performing CT exams on outpatients, inpatients (both stable and those receiving intensive care), research patients, and patients requiring specialized CT scan-guided procedures.
