Compensation: $85,380 – $106,725 base salary + commission (dependent on experience)

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position, with at least 50% of work time required on-site over a two-week pay period. A personal smartphone is required for secure access.

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Commercial Loan Officer to develop, service, and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial loans. You will be the primary point of contact for members and prospective members, guiding them through the loan process and ensuring exceptional service and trust at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively market and implement business development strategies to meet lending and growth targets

• Represent Elevations within the business community, building a strong network of referral and partner relationships

• Originate and process commercial loan applications, ensuring accuracy and member satisfaction

• Maintain strong knowledge of commercial lending products, services, and regulatory requirements

• Cross-sell additional credit union services to deepen member relationships

• Serve as the central liaison for applicants, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process

• Actively manage your commercial loan portfolio and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial/business lending and servicing within financial services

• Proven track record in a production-focused sales environment

• Strong understanding of commercial loan products, services, and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
