We're headquartered a block away from Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California, where we operate 12+ live studios that run 24/7. - a division of Role Description We are hiring a Chief of Staff, reporting directly to our CEO and the VP of Live Commerce, to help manage the team of 100+ Live Hosts, Content Creators, Project Managers & Studio Supervisors. Your role would include the following: Delegating tasks from the CEO to the entire team Scheduling Live Hosts to ensure we maximize our Live Hours Managing Hiring, Interviews & Onboarding Running all executive meetings Focuses on driving company-wide alignment and keeping our culture. Qualifications Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift with the business. 2+ years in executive assistance, operations or executive support Able to work on-site in Beverly Hills.
