Director of Human Resources Position Overview: As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing the HR Department and ensuring compliance with the organization's mission and talent strategy. You will be responsible for managing payroll, employee relations, and recruiting for the facility. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment needs - hiring, onboarding and orientation for new employees. Conduct Background Checks for all employees. Oversee and complete bi-weekly payroll. Assist with reconciliation of benefits. Experience with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, and benefits administration.
