Boulevard Temple Care Center 2567 W Grand Blvd Detroit, MI 48208, USA On-site Nursing Full-Time Requisition #: CHARG003141 Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)is responsible forproviding,overseeingand coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shiftsin accordance withfederal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee.This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
