Job Description

A premier national law firm is seeking an experienced litigation staff attorney for its Miami office. This role offers substantial, hands-on responsibility managing matters from inception through resolution, working alongside a collaborative nationwide team. It's a 3+ year role, but the team has brought on more senior 10+ year attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials using modern, AI-assisted legal tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
\n
• Managing document discovery, coordinating with plaintiffs, and preparing court filings.
\n
• Providing comprehensive litigation support throughout the lifecycle of complex matters.
\n
• Familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is an advantageous background, though not strictly required.

Compensation & Structure:

\n

\n
• Compensation: $150,000 – $230,000
\n
• Billable Hour Target: 1,850 hours
\n
• Workplace Type: Hybrid (2-3 days in office but open to flexible work arrangements for right person).
