Receptionist

Receptionist Greet visitors and answer a multi-line phone system in a professional manner in a busy office environment. Must have strong organizational skills, provide excellent customer service, and have the ability to interact professionally with co-workers and clientele. Must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office helpful but not required. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED 18 years of age or older Possess a valid driver’s license or ID card Working knowledge of Microsoft Office helpful but not required. Ability to pass background screening Ability to pass drug screening Possess a working telephone (this requirement reflects the fact that many positions rely on a timekeeping application to record work hours) Reliable transportation Essential Functions Must be able to read, write, and speak English well. Coordinate several tasks at once and handle various office situations including crisis situations in a calm and professional manner. Operate a multi-line phone, copier, scanner, laminator, and various other office equipment. Physical Requirements Must be able to balance, climb, bend, stoop, reach, and kneel. Use arms, hands, and fingers. Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently. Walk, stand, and/or sit for at least eight hours per day.
