Commercial Underwriting Supervisor

Providing daily leadership for a team of Underwriters, the full-time Commercial Underwriting Supervisor will ensure underwriting quality and productivity while coaching associates and executing underwriting initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Supervise an assigned team of Underwriters, ensuring adherence to underwriting quality and productivity standards Coach Underwriting associates through performance feedback, file reviews, and referral guidance Analyze underwriting performance data to identify trends and communicate insights to leadership Required qualifications 7 years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field Completion of Associate in Underwriting program and CPCU designation preferred Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
