Created/Revised Date: 6/10/2026 Anticipated Closing Date: 7/10/2026 Job Title : Office Concierge Location: NYC, NY [The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $27-$30 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.] Employment Type: Temporary, ~5 months FLSA Status: [Non-Exempt] Schedule: Monday - Friday What You'll Do Own the front desk: greet visitors, manage calls/switchboard, and coordinate arrivals and access Support events and meetings end-to-end - reservations, catering, setup, and reset Guide new hires through onboarding, workspace prep, and site orientation Procure and manage office supplies, mail, and courier services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Serve as the local expert on hotels, dining, and area resources for visiting staff Handle workplace inquiries, escalate issues appropriately, and support office admin tasks (POs, invoices, vendor setup) Partner with Global Physical Security to maintain a safe, welcoming reception area What You'll Bring 2+ years of professional experience; office services, concierge, reception, or hospitality front-of-house preferred Exceptional communication skills across all levels, including senior leadership Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and adapt as needed High integrity and discretion with confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Familiarity with building/fire codes and EHS standards a plus Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
