What You’ll Do: Plan, implement and evaluate independent living activity programs Partner with Resident Association and support committee-led initiatives Assist residents during move-ins, transitions and return from healthcare stays Support assigned departments such as concierge, transportation and security Resolve resident and family concerns promptly and professionally Monitor quality-of-life outcomes and resident engagement Oversee concierge team performance and service standards Ensure emergency response systems are updated and functioning Assist with incident reporting and month-end billing documentation Collaborate with sales and wellness teams to support resident needs We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
